PRIVACY POLICY
1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy applies solely to visitors of the public-facing website located at www.integritas.health ("Website").
Important Distinction:
This policy does NOT govern the use of our Neuro-Symbolic AI Platform, the processing of NEMSIS-compliant ePCR data, or Protected Health Information (PHI). Data processed through our auditing technology is governed by our separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
2. Cookies and Analytics
We use Zoho PageSense, a third-party website analytics service, to understand how visitors use this Website and to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. PageSense uses cookies and local storage to collect information such as pages visited, links clicked, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and the marketing campaign (if any) that referred you to the Website.
- Consent: If you are visiting from the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, this tracking is off by default and only activates if you affirmatively accept it via the cookie banner. If you are visiting from elsewhere, tracking is on by default, and you may opt out at any time (see "Your Choices" below).
- What we do not do: We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this data for third-party advertising or ad retargeting.
- Data sharing: Analytics data is processed by Zoho Corporation acting as our service provider, and is not shared with any other third party.
- Retention: Analytics data is retained by Zoho PageSense for as long as our account with Zoho remains active, subject to Zoho's own data retention practices.
- Your Choices: You may decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time using the cookie banner or the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Website footer. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out request where applicable.
Outside of this analytics cookie, we do not use advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or other third-party tracking technologies on this Website.
