How It Works
1. Data Ingestion
We securely pull NEMSIS XML data from your ePCR vendor via API or secure FTP. This happens automatically in real-time or scheduled batches.
2. Processing & Analysis
Our Logical Engine parses the discrete data fields, while our AI Engine reads the narratives. The "Dual-Engine" system evaluates compliance and risk, turning QA into exception-based review instead of broad manual scanning.
3. QA Dashboard
Results are populated in your Integritas dashboard. QA Officers review flagged charts, and feedback is sent back to providers.
