The Problem with Traditional QA
For decades, EMS Quality Assurance has been a manual, subjective, and often punitive process. Medical Directors and QA Officers are tasked with reviewing thousands of charts, searching for protocol deviations in a sea of data.

Chris has spent almost 20 years in EMS, and the problems Integritas solves are ones he has lived: operations, quality and innovation.
He led operations for an agency that ran 200,000 incidents a year. At that volume, quality review became the bottleneck. Charts outpaced the team's ability to review them, and every hour spent on review was an hour taken away from training. QA had drifted into policing, and the people it was meant to help were paying for it.
He also brings to us the experience of leading innovation for a large safety net health system, directing operations and strategy for a 600+ person EMS agency. His work spans capacity planning, a computer-aided dispatch implementation for more than 300 concurrent users, and the evaluation of AI and LLM products for complex legacy environments. He pairs that operational experience with MBA and computer science studies from Georgia Tech.
Integritas is where those threads meet. Chris founded it to move EMS quality assurance from policing to Just Culture, where review makes providers better instead of catching them out, and to make that practical for agencies that can never review every chart by hand.
